1. Introduction
Cryptoniar Technologies ("we", "our", "us") operates Vyro, an AI gym and workout tracker for routines, workout logging, machine scanning, form analysis, and optional Pro cloud backup. Sign-in with Apple or Google is required to use the App. This policy explains what we collect, what stays on your device, and how we use Google Firebase, Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play.
2. Data stored on your device
The following typically stays in local storage on your phone unless Pro cloud backup syncs a copy to our servers:
- Routines, workout logs, sets, weights, reps, rest times, and notes
- Progress stats and preferences (theme, units, favorites)
- Optional body weight you enter in the App
- Form-analysis videos you record (the original file is not uploaded)
- Machine-scan photos until you save them to a Pro backup
Uninstalling Vyro deletes this on-device data. We cannot recover it unless it was backed up to the cloud under a signed-in Pro account.
3. Accounts and identifiers
When you sign in with Apple or Google, Firebase Authentication stores an account identifier (UID) and the identifier the provider shares (for example an email or Apple private-relay address, depending on what you allow). We use this to keep you signed in, attach Pro entitlements, apply feature quotas, and — if you are Pro — store a backup under your UID.
You do not have to provide a name, date of birth, or a Vyro password. We do not sell account data. After sign-in we may set an analytics user ID equal to your UID so product metrics can be tied to a signed-in session without sending your workouts to Analytics.
4. Pro cloud backup
Cloud backup is a Vyro Pro feature and only runs when you are signed in. We store backup documents in Google Cloud Firestore under your UID, including:
- Workouts and routines
- Profile/sync metadata needed to restore the App
- Saved machine scans and the scan photo (Firebase Storage)
- Form-analysis metadata (scores, findings, pose landmarks) and key-frame JPEG images — not the original video
Backup data is scoped to your account. Deleting your account in the App removes this cloud copy. Signing out leaves local data on the device and keeps cloud data until you delete the account or the backup is otherwise removed.
5. Camera, photos, video, and AI
Machine scan uses the camera or a photo you choose. That image is sent to Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic to identify equipment and suggest exercises. Do not include faces or other people if you can avoid it.
Form analysis uses a video you record or pick. Pose estimation runs on the device. Pro AI Coach sends text derived from that analysis (exercise name, scores, joint metrics, finding IDs) to Gemini — not the full video. If Pro backup is on, selected key-frame images and metadata may be stored as described above.
AI providers process prompts and images to return a result. We do not use your gym photos or lift videos to train a public generative-AI model of our own. Google's processing is subject to Google Cloud / Gemini terms applicable to Firebase AI Logic.
6. Health data
If you connect Apple Health (HealthKit) or Health Connect, Vyro may write completed workouts and, if you allow it, read body weight to help with calculations. Health data is requested through the system permission sheets. We do not sell health data. Disconnect anytime in iOS Health, Health Connect, or Vyro settings.
7. Firebase and other processors
Vyro uses Google Firebase and related services:
- Authentication — Apple / Google sign-in as described above.
- Firestore and Storage — Pro backup and related files.
- Analytics — Anonymous product events (screens, feature usage). We do not send your workout contents, photos, or health samples to Analytics. If you are signed in, events may include a user ID.
- Crashlytics — Crash reports (stack traces, device type, OS) to fix bugs. Reports are not meant to include your routines or videos.
- Remote Config — Feature flags and configuration (for example legal URLs or model names). No workout payload is uploaded to fetch config.
- App Check — Helps block abuse of our backends.
- Firebase AI Logic / Gemini — Machine scan and Pro AI Coach as described in section 5.

8. RevenueCat and stores
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to restore purchases and check Pro status. RevenueCat receives purchase identifiers and entitlement status, not your workout logs or videos. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
9. Notifications and widgets
Local notifications (for example rest or reminders) are scheduled on your device. Home-screen widgets read local workout summary data on the device to render. They do not send that summary to our servers by themselves.
10. Children
Vyro is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights and deletion
You can delete local data by uninstalling the App. You can also delete your account in Vyro: we sign you out, wipe training data on that device, and delete Pro backup we store for that UID. You may also email contact@cryptoniar.com for access, correction, or deletion requests where the law gives you those rights (for example GDPR or equivalent).
Cancelling Pro in the App Store or Play Store stops future billing; it does not automatically delete your Firebase account. Use in-app account deletion for that.
12. Security
We use HTTPS, Firebase security rules scoped to your UID, and App Check. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for physical access to your phone and for your Apple / Google account.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and may notify you in the App. Continued use of Vyro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
